Ed began his career in the radio industry in 1986 working for Condor Communications in Miami, FL. He worked his way up from a clerk to Int’l Sales Manager, leading Condor Communications to the #1 International Motorola Radio Dealer. Eddie continued his radio communications career as a domestic Manufacturer’s Representative with ADM Marke
Ed began his career in the radio industry in 1986 working for Condor Communications in Miami, FL. He worked his way up from a clerk to Int’l Sales Manager, leading Condor Communications to the #1 International Motorola Radio Dealer. Eddie continued his radio communications career as a domestic Manufacturer’s Representative with ADM Marketing. He later entered the South Florida market with stops at Delta Radio, Radio 1, Portable Comm, Comm City and Reliable Radio.
In November 2022, with the encouragement of his Mom he opened up Condor 2 Way Radio LLC in Miami, FL.
Eddie has attended Motorola University, achieved several Motorola Pinnacle Awards through the years as well as Hytera awards for top sales.

Jose has been with Condor2WayRadio since its inception. His main role in the company is to manage the revolutionary PoC (or Portable-Over-Cellular) sector of the company. He also has a hand in every other sector of the company as his duties cover a wide and demanding spectrum.

He attended Florida International University and received his Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA, Finance and International Business.
As he continues his tenure with Condor2WayRadio, he is excited to be part of an industry that is in the midst of a thrilling shift into the future.

Cesar Frias is excited to commence his journey in the radio communication industry. He has prior experience in hospitality and achieved a Bachelor's degree in International Relations in 2023 from Florida International University. His responsibility at Condor2WayRadio is accounting and POC sales.
